Infinite Fitness is not a gym. It is a personal training facility. Every session is coached, planned, and progressive. Every result is tracked through regular InBody body composition scans. Every member is known by name.
We serve men and women aged 30 to 60 in Rochester and the surrounding area of Kent who want to get fit and stay fit without following an extreme programme, spending hours researching what to do, or walking into an environment that makes them feel out of place. If that sounds like you, this is the right place.
Who it is for
The 6-week Foundation Programme is designed for anyone who is new to Infinite Fitness, new to structured training, or returning to fitness after a break. It is not an entry-level class. It is a proper coaching programme with structure, progression, and a coach who knows your starting point and your goals from the very first session.
Six weeks of structured small group personal training sessions:
What to expect in the first six weeks
You will feel the difference in your energy and mood before you see physical changes. The initial consultation removes the uncertainty and the InBody scan gives you a clear baseline to build from. You will know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and who to ask if anything is unclear.
Movement starts to feel more natural. The sessions build on what you have already done. You begin to see small physical changes and, more importantly, you start to feel like someone who trains regularly rather than someone who is trying to.
The habit is forming. Energy is noticeably better. The coaches and the members around you know your name and your story. At your six-week review, your second InBody scan shows you exactly how far you have come. The results are in the data, not just how you feel.

At the end of your six weeks, most Infinite Fitness members choose to continue into the Inner Circle. Not because they feel obliged to, but because the results are real, the InBody data backs it up, and the community is something they do not want to leave.
What Inner Circle membership includes
What progress looks like beyond six weeks
Physical progress is visible and measurable on your InBody scans. The training habit is established. You stop thinking of yourself as someone who is trying to get fit and start thinking of yourself as someone who trains.
Strength improvements are significant. Energy, sleep, and mood have all shifted. The InBody data tells a story you can be genuinely proud of. The community around you has become important to you in a way you did not expect.
Fitness is part of who you are. Not something you fit in around life. Part of life. That identity shift is what separates the people who train at Infinite Fitness from the people who keep starting over. It is what the coaching, the accountability, and the community are designed to create.

Do I need to be fit before I join?
No. The 6-week Foundation Programme is specifically designed for people who are not yet fit. The initial consultation and InBody scan establish your starting point so that your first session is appropriate for where you are right now. Most of our members were complete beginners or returners when they joined.
I am worried about keeping up with the group.
Every session is coached to individual ability. Your coach knows your starting point from your consultation. You will never be put in a position that is beyond where you actually are. The group environment is supportive, not competitive. We see it every day.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is discussed during your free consultation call. The 6-week Foundation Programme is a fixed investment. Inner Circle membership pricing is presented at your six-week review. We want to have an honest conversation about what is right for you before any financial commitment is made.
What do the InBody scans show?
The InBody body composition scanner measures your muscle mass, body fat percentage, body fat mass, and overall composition in detail. It gives you a clear, objective picture of where you are when you start, and shows you in black and white how that changes over time. It takes about two minutes and removes all the guesswork from tracking your progress.
What if my schedule changes?
Life happens. Your coach knows that and works with it. Sessions run multiple times per week with small group PT and large group coaching options, so there is flexibility to find what works for your schedule without losing momentum.
I have tried this before and it has never stuck.
The reason most fitness attempts fail is not a lack of effort. It is a lack of structure and accountability. At Infinite Fitness, the community, the coaching, the booked sessions, and the InBody progress data all make continuing feel easier than stopping. That is what makes this different. It is why members stay.
What if I want to talk to someone before I decide?
That is exactly what the free consultation call is for. Book one below and speak to one of our coaches before you commit to anything.
I couldn't even do a sit up or a press up when I started. Now I would like to say the coaches call me one of the more advanced. This is the only gym where I have fully committed to more than a few months. I genuinely miss it and the coaches when I'm away. They are constantly encouraging me to push myself more which is something you would not get at a standard commercial gym. I also feel like all the members are a family. We all cheer each other on and have great banter.

Joining Infinite Fitness Medway changed my life. After having my two children, I wanted to feel like myself again, and despite my nerves, I was hooked from my first session. The supportive coaches, varied workouts, and welcoming community have helped me become stronger both mentally and physically. Training with my husband and having child-friendly classes makes it easy to stay consistent. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
After having my first child I wanted to get back into shape but needed somewhere child friendly that whilst on maternity leave I could bring my baby with me. I was recommended the hub and gave it a try and not looked back since! Got back in shape and at the fittest I’ve been after my first. I then fell pregnant with my second and Debs and Maciej tailored the workouts to suit my changing body and growing bump even through lockdown. Both virtually and with 1-2-1 sessions out in the fresh air. sessions out in the fresh air.
