Take the first step in your fitness journey & simply arrange a call today
You want to feel stronger, look better, have more energy, and stop starting over every few months. You want to stop wondering what to do and start doing something that actually works. You want to feel like yourself again, the version of yourself that feels capable, confident, and in control.
That is what Infinite Fitness was built for.
We are not here to be the heroes of your story. You are. We are here to give you the coaching, the structure, the accountability, the InBody data, and the community that make it possible for you to become that person. Our job is to make the path as clear and as supported as it can be. The rest is yours.

Maciej and Debs started Infinite Fitness not because they saw a business opportunity, but because they genuinely care about people's health and what it does for their lives. They had seen what happens when people are left to figure it out alone in a commercial gym. They wander in with good intentions, follow no structured plan, and eventually stop going. Or they follow some extreme programme online, see brief results, and fall back to where they started. Not because they lack willpower, but because they lack coaching, structure, and an environment that actually holds them to it.
So they built one.
Infinite Fitness was designed from the ground up to be the facility that the fitness industry was failing to provide in Rochester: a coach-led personal training environment where people of all abilities are genuinely supported, where sessions are structured and progressive, where progress is tracked through objective InBody body composition data, and where the community makes showing up feel natural rather than forced.
The people who walk through the door are not looking for extremes. They are looking for consistency. They are looking for something real. And that is exactly what has been built.
A short, honest conversation with one of our coaches. We will ask about your goals, your situation, and whether Infinite Fitness is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation. Just a real conversation.
Feeling stronger is meaningful. Seeing it in your InBody data is powerful. Regular body composition scans throughout your time at Infinite Fitness give you objective evidence of what your hard work is producing. That data removes guesswork, keeps motivation grounded in reality, and makes the results impossible to argue with.
Access to a gym and access to coaching are not the same thing. A coach knows your name, understands your goals, adjusts your programme when life changes, and holds you accountable when motivation drops. That is what separates the people who get results from the people who keep starting over. It is also what Infinite Fitness delivers every single session.
Most fitness environments are built for people who are already fit and already confident. Infinite Fitness is built for people who are not yet either of those things. The environment, the language, and the coaching are deliberately designed to make every person feel capable from their very first session. There is no intimidation here, and that is not an accident.
The research on long-term behaviour change is clear: people who have social accountability and a genuine sense of belonging stick to things longer. The community at Infinite Fitness is not accidental. Members know each other's names, celebrate each other's wins, and push each other to work harder. That community is deliberately maintained and is one of the most important things the facility offers.
Training at Infinite Fitness should leave every member feeling better than when they arrived. Not just physically. Mentally, emotionally, and in how they see themselves. That responsibility is taken seriously by every coach in the building, and it shows.
Infinite Fitness is built on the quality and character of its coaching team. Every coach brings their own expertise and background, but they all share the same approach: put the member first, coach with precision and care, and invest genuinely in every person who walks through the door.

Maciej co-founded Infinite Fitness from a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and transform their lives. He sets the standard of excellence that every coach and every session is measured against. Maciej believes that the people who train at Infinite Fitness deserve coaching at the highest level, and he builds and maintains the environment and the culture that delivers it.

Debs co-founded Infinite Fitness alongside Maciej and plays a central role in the coaching experience and the community culture that makes the facility what it is. She brings warmth, energy, and an instinctive ability to make every member feel genuinely welcome and genuinely important. Debs is one of the main reasons members describe Infinite Fitness as feeling like a family.
Ask any Infinite Fitness member what they value most about training here and you will hear the same things. Not just the InBody results, not just the strength they have built, though they will mention those. What they talk about most is the people.
The coaches who know their name and their story. The fellow members who notice when they are absent and check in to make sure they are alright. The atmosphere in the room where nobody is performing for anyone else and everyone is genuinely there to work and to grow. The feeling of belonging to something that is genuinely theirs.
That community does not happen by accident. It is built through consistent coaching, deliberate culture, and an environment where every person is treated as an individual from day one. It is one of the most important things Infinite Fitness offers, and it is something a commercial gym or an online programme simply cannot replicate.
I couldn't even do a sit up or a press up when I started. Now I would like to say the coaches call me one of the more advanced. This is the only gym where I have fully committed to more than a few months. I genuinely miss it and the coaches when I'm away. They are constantly encouraging me to push myself more which is something you would not get at a standard commercial gym. I also feel like all the members are a family. We all cheer each other on and have great banter.

Joining Infinite Fitness Medway changed my life. After having my two children, I wanted to feel like myself again, and despite my nerves, I was hooked from my first session. The supportive coaches, varied workouts, and welcoming community have helped me become stronger both mentally and physically. Training with my husband and having child-friendly classes makes it easy to stay consistent. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
After having my first child I wanted to get back into shape but needed somewhere child friendly that whilst on maternity leave I could bring my baby with me. I was recommended the hub and gave it a try and not looked back since! Got back in shape and at the fittest I’ve been after my first. I then fell pregnant with my second and Debs and Maciej tailored the workouts to suit my changing body and growing bump even through lockdown. Both virtually and with 1-2-1 sessions out in the fresh air. sessions out in the fresh air.

The first step is a free call with one of our coaches. It takes fifteen minutes. We will ask about your goals, your situation, and whether what we offer is the right fit for where you are right now. No pressure, no hard sell. Just an honest conversation.
